摘  要:从小参数渐进展开和摄动方法的均匀化理论出发,给出复合材料求解残余应力的数学表达式。针对复合材料的残余应力提出了一个目标优化设计模型,以优化残余应力为目标,组分材料用量为约束,利用周长控制消除棋盘格,采用最大主应力理论和最大主应变理论作为复合材料强度失效准则,结合有限元方法和对偶凸规划求解技术,对二维微结构的残余应力轴向径向组合进行了优化设计。Based on the parameters of asmptotic and perturbation of homogenization theory, the residual stress composite materials for the mathematical expression are given in this paper. Composite materials for the residual stress proposed a goal of optimal design model to optimize the residual stress as the goal, the amount of material components bound as the restrain, constraints on the materialvolume fraction and the perimeter control are considered for eliminating the chechboard without the restriction of prescribed structure symmetry. By means of the finite element method and convex programming techniques, this paper carried on the optimization design to the two-dimensional microstruceure's residual stress atial radial direction combination.
