摘 要:利用尿素来研究SDS胶束形成的过程。通过水溶液中SDS电导的测定,得到不同温度不同尿素浓度下SDS水溶液的临界胶束浓度,根据胶束形成的热力学特性,得到SDS胶束形成的热力学常数与温度、尿素浓度之间的关系。结果表明:尿素的加入使得SDS临界胶束浓度上升,但是当尿素的浓度达到一定值时,SDS临界胶束变化的规律性不强,通过热力学参数的对比,我们认为这是由于尿素对SDS胶束的影响主要是通过尿素与SDS胶束的疏水和静电的双重作用来调节的。The formation of SDS was investigated by using the properties of urea. The critical micelle concentrations of SDS in aqueous solution at different temperature and urea concentration were obtained by conductance and the thermodynamic parameters dependence of temperature and urea concentration for the formation of SDS micelle were also obtained by the thermodynamics of micellar formation. The results indicated that the CMC of SDS went up upon the addition of urea while the regularity of the variant of the cmc of SDS is not apparent when the concentration of urea reached a certain value. By the comparison of thermodynamic parameters, we think that the dual effect of hydrophobic and electrostatic interaction between urea and SDS micelle is the main reason for the effect of urea on the SDS micelle.
