摘　　要：目的:观察保肝益胃合剂对硫代乙酰胺所致大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:硫代乙酰胺(TAA)200mg/kg,腹腔注射(ip),建立大鼠急性肝损伤的模型;保肝益胃合剂,多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊(易善复),甘草酸二胺胶囊(甘立欣)灌胃治疗。测定保肝益胃合剂对肝损伤大鼠的血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)的活性以评价肝脏损伤程度和药物的保护作用。结果:模型对照组AST、ALT值显著高于正常对照组,保肝益胃合剂组ALT、AST值低于模型对照组。结论:保肝益胃合剂对硫代乙酰胺所致大鼠急性肝损伤有一定的保护作用。Objective： The observation guarantees the liver profit stomach mixture to be the result of the protective function to Thioacetamide which the big mouse acute liver damages. Methods ： Thioacetamide （TAA） 200mg/kg, the abdominal cavity injects （ip）, Establish model which the big mouse acute liver damages; Guarantees the liver profit stomach mixture, the polyene phosphatide acid radical choline capsule （Yishanfu）, the glycyrrhizic acid diamidogen capsule （ Gan Li Xin） fills the stomach. The determination guarantees the liver profit stomach mixture to damage in the big mouse blood serum to the liver valley third transaminase （ALT）, the millet straw transaminase （AST） activeness to appraise the liver extent of damage and the medicine protective function. Results： The model control group AST, ALT value obviously is higher than The normal control group, Guarantees liver profit stomach mixture group ALT, AST value is lower than the model control group. Conclusion： Guarantees the liver profit stomach mixture to be the result of the big mouse acute liver damage to Thioaeetamide to have some protective function.
