艾灸治疗难治性跖疣的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:观察艾灸治疗难治性跖疣的临床疗效。方法:采用完全随机抽样法将240例观察病例分为A、B两组。其中A组采用艾灸疗法,B组采用水杨酸疗法。结果:A组治愈率75%,总有效率96.67%,复发率5%。B组治愈率31.30%,总有效率80%,复发率17.4%。两组之间的治愈率、总有效率和复发率对比均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:艾灸是治疗难治性跖疣有效而安全的方法,而且具有简单、方便、费用低廉的优点。Objective ：In order to observe the effect of moxibustion to the difficult case of plantar warts. Methods ：240 cases were divided into two groups randomly. Group A used the way of moxibustion. Group B used the way of salicylic acid. Results ： Group A＇s rate of full recovery is 75% ; and its rate of strong effect is 96.67% ; and its rate of recurrence is 5%. Group B＇s rate of full recovery is 31.30% ;and its rate of strong effect is 80% ;and its rate of recurrence is 17.4%. The rate of recovery and effect and recurrence between Group A and Group B have large imparity （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Moxibustion is a effective therapeutic method to the diffiult case of plantar warts, and it has the benifits such as safer,easy to apply,and economical.
