摘　　要：目的：建立染料木素自微乳中染料木素含量的HPLC测定方法。方法：采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），甲醇-0．05％磷酸（60：40）为流动相，流速1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长260nm，柱温为25℃。结果：染料木素在1．18-11．8mg·L^-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9998），平均回收率为99．27％，RSD为1．40％。结论：该方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好，可用于染料木素自微乳的质量控制。Objective ：To establish a HPLC method for the determination of genistein in genistein self- microemulsifying system. Methods ： Diamonsil C18 column （ 150mm × 4.6mm ,5μm）was used with a mobile phase of methanol -0.05 % phosphoric acid（60：40） and the flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-1 ,the detection wavelength was at 260nm and temperature at 25 ℃. Results ： Genistein presented a good linear correlation in the range of 1.18 - 11.8mg · L^-1 （ r = 0.9998）. The average recovery was 99.27% and RSD was 1.40%. Conclusion ：The method is convenient,accurate and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of this preparation.
