摘　　要：心肌间质重构是高血压左室肥厚的重要组成部分,是控制高血压心血管并发症进展的关键。中医药学者在中医药防治高血压LVH间质重构的临床和实验研究上做了许多有益的工作,但缺乏相关中医病因病机的深入探讨,中医药对间质重构影响的具体机制和调控环节仍需进一步深入研究。Reconstitution of interstitial substance is an important ingredient in left ventricular hypertrophy （LVH） of essential hypertension （EH）. Reversal of reconstitution of interstitial substance is one key to control cardiovascular complication in hypertension. The scholars have done a lots of beneficial works in clinical and experimental research about prevention and treatment of LVH of EH in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）, but it is insufficient to approach deep theory about correlated etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis in TCM. It is needed to do more in -depth research about concrete mechanism and component element of regulation in which TCM influence the reconstitution of interstitial substance. And it is needed to do more large sample and multi -center clinical studies.
