摘 要:目的:比较分别含南、北五味子的六味五灵降转氨酶作用水平。方法:以CCl4诱导形成的小鼠急性肝损伤为实验对象,分别观察南、北五味子单味药及其六味五灵提取物的肝保护功能。结果:在相同原生药剂量条件下,南五味子和北五味子及其六味五灵均可明显降低肝毒剂所致的小鼠血中转氨酶升高。结论:分别含南、北五味子的六味五灵提取物降转氨酶作用没有差异,为南、北五味子的进一步研究提供基础。Objective :To compare the underlying effects between Liuwei Wuling including southern and northern Fructus Schisandrae respectively on Aminotransferase. Methods :The model of acute liver injury of mice induced by CCl4 was selected to investigate the hepatoprotective effects of southern and northern Fructus Schisandrae and their extraction Liuwei Wuling. Results :The hightening of aminopherase induced by hepatotoxic agent in mice's biood was underlyed by southern and northern Fructus Schisandrae and Liuwei Wuling with the same dosage of crude drug in whole. Conclusions : There were no differences on the underlying effects of Liuwei Wuling including southern and northern Fructus Schisandrae respectively, providing more foundation of the study of Schisandrae chineusis.
