摘　　要：随着高清数字播放技术的日益成熟以及计算机网络的日益普及,广告运营商希望按照广告商的要求,通过网络将定制的高清数字广告内容发送到终端,并且通过网络来管理各个播放任务和播放终端。针对这一实际的项目需求设计并实现了一套基于网络的嵌入式高清数字终端播放设备,在实际的使用测试中,效果良好,系统整体运行稳定。With the mature development of High-Definition （HD） technology and the popularity of computer network, ad operators want to deliver the customized HD ad programs to the terminal player through the network. Furthermore, ad operators also want to manage each play task and each terminal player by using the network. According to this project requirement, in this paper it designs and implements a multimedia terminal player that based on embedded HD equipment and computer network. Whole system works well and steadily in the testing use.
