摘　　要：目的：建立辛兰芷喷雾剂的含量测定方法。方法：应用高效液相色谱法，以甲醇-水（70：30）为流动相，检测波长254nm，对辛兰芷喷雾剂中欧前胡素的含量进行测定。结果：欧前胡素在0．16—8．0μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9998）；平均回收率为99．78％（RSD=1．47％，n=6）。结论：本方法简便、快速、重现性好，可作为本制剂的含量测定方法。Objective ： To establish a method to determining concentration of imperatorin in Xinlanzhi Spray. Methods ： The contentration of imperatorin were assayed in the Xinlanzhi Spray by HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of methanol- warter（70：30） ;the UV detector wavelength was 254nm . Results： There was good linearity of imperatorin - within the range of 0.16 -8.01xg（ r = 0. 9998 ,n = 6） ,The average recovery was 99.78% with of RSD = 1.47% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate repeatable, and can be used to the determining contentration of imperatorin in Xinlanzhi Spray.
