姜黄素对动物实验性胃溃疡的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:观察姜黄素对实验性小鼠和大鼠胃黏膜损伤的影响。方法:将姜黄粉末用70%乙醇提取,石油醚脱脂的方法制备出姜黄醇提取物,采用硅胶吸附的方法从姜黄醇提物中制备得到姜黄素。采用冷水应激小鼠,乙醇诱导、幽门结扎等方法制作大鼠胃溃疡动物模型。按随机抽签法将动物各分为5组:姜黄乙醇提取物低剂量组、姜黄乙醇提取物中剂量组、姜黄乙醇提取物高剂量组、对照组和模型组,连续给药3天,处死动物后观察胃溃疡指数。结果:姜黄素对冷水应激小鼠胃黏膜损伤没有显著保护作用;姜黄素对乙醇诱导的小鼠胃黏膜损伤及结扎型大鼠胃黏膜损伤具有保护作用。结论:姜黄素对实验性动物胃溃疡具有保护作用,其机理可能是通过抗氧化实现的。Objective ：To observe the effects of curcumin on gastric ulcer with the gastric ulcer index （UI） in rats and mice. Methods ：Curcuma was lixiviated in 70% ethanol and extracted with light petroleum to remove aetherolea to get Curcuma ethanol extraction,and to get curcumin with silica gel adsorption method. To make animal gastric ulcer model with cold water stress of mouse, with alcohol inducion of mouse, with deligation at gastric pylorus and cardiac orifice of rats. Animals were randomized into 5 groups ： control group, model group, low dosage of curcumin group, middle dosage of cureumin group, high dosage of curcumin group. The animal were executed to perform ventrotomy and the stomach was sheared to observed ulcer occurrence and calculate UI. Results ：The protective effects of curcumin on gastric ulcer induced by cold water are not significant. The protective effects of curcumin on gastric ulcer induced by alcohol and deligation are significant. Conclusion ：The curcumin has protective effects on the gastric mucosa injury, whose mechanism is possibly related with inhibition of peroxidation reaction.
