摘  要:目的:探讨山仙颗粒对Lewis肺癌转移过程中E-cadherin、CD44V6及nm23-H1表达的影响。方法:将45只C57BL/6小鼠随机分成空白对照组、荷瘤对照组、山仙颗粒组。给后两组接种瘤细胞,山仙颗粒组用0.5g/mL的山仙颗粒悬液0.4mL(只.天)灌胃,其他两组用生理盐水灌胃。采用免疫组化S-P法测45只小鼠肺组织、瘤组织内E-cadherin、CD44v6和nm23-H1表达情况。结果:荷瘤对照组与山仙颗粒组比较,出瘤时间短,瘤重及肺转移灶数高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);与山仙颗粒组、空白对照组比较,E-cadherin和nm23-H1的阳性表达率低,CD44V6的阳性表达率高,差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:E-cadherin、CD44V6和nm23-H1异常表达在Lewis肺癌形成和转移过程中发挥着重要作用,山仙颗粒能提高E-cadherin和nm23-H1的表达,降低CD44V6的表达。山仙颗粒有抗恶性肿瘤形成和转移的作用。Objective: To detect SXG influencing on the expression of E - cadherin, CD44V6 and nm23 - H1 in Lewis lung cancer metastatic process. Methods : 45 mice were randomly divided into three groups: blank control groups, with tumor group and ShanXian granule(SXG) group. Inoculating the mice in the latter two group with tumor cell. The SXG group were given SXG (0.5g/mL) 0.4mL/( one · day) , other two groups were given normal saline. Observed the time of the tumor coming into being. The expression of E - cadherin, CD44V6 and nm23 - H1 in mice lung and tumor tissue, were measured with the immunohistochemical S - P method. Results : Tumor grouo compared with SXG grouo, the former generated tumor faster, the tumor weight were higher and more lung metastasis. There was obviously diffrence between two group( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with SXG group and blank group, the positive expressive rate of E - cadherin and rim23 - H1 was lower, but the positive rate of CD44V6 was higher, there was obviously statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 05 ,P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion:The abnormal expression of E - cadherin, CD44V6 and nm23 - H1 in the process of Lewis lung cancer form and mecastasis play an important role. SXG can enhance the expression of E - cadherin and nm23 - H1, but depress the expression of CD44V6. So SXG has function witch can resist to form and metastasis of malignant tumor.
