摘  要:在筒体母材为2.25Cr-1Mo钢的大型压力容器生产制造过程中,常涉及到0Cr18Ni9不锈钢内构件与筒节2.25Cr-1Mo钢的焊接。阐述了采用药芯气体保护焊(FCAW)方法焊接该类异种钢的有关工艺要素。通过试验分析了如何调整工艺以改善焊接接头易出现脆化组织的情况,以使接头性能满足产品设计要求。Durlng the manufacture process of heavy pressure vessel with 2.25Cr-1Mo steel barrel body, there will be use the welding process between 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel internal struetural parts and 2.25Cr-1Mo steel shell ring. The relevant process elements for welding this different kind of steel by adopting the Fuse Core Arc Welding have been described. By means of test, how to adjust the process in order to improve the situation which is easy to appear the embrittlement structure at the welding joint has been analyzed, in order to satisfy the product design requirement for property of welding joint.
