摘　　要：目的:为治疗胫骨不连提供一种新的术式。方法:重点观测40侧成人下肢标本上胫后血管肌间隙支的走行、分布和吻合,并在7侧标本上进行了摹拟手术。通过解剖学研究,我们创用了带胫后血管肌间隙支的胫骨内侧面骨膜瓣移位术。结果:临床应用7例,疗效满意。结论:本骨膜瓣具有位置表浅,操作简便,易于推广等优点。In order to explore the transposition of vascularized medical tibial periosteal flap, the course, distribution and anatomosis of intermuseular septum branches of posterior tibial vessels were observed on 40 sides of lower limbs of adult cadavers with red latex injection. The operation was imitated on 7 sides of spceimen. Anatomically, transposition of medical tibial periosteal flap with the intermuscular septum branches of posterior tibial vessels was first developed and applied. The results of 5 cases were encouraging. The location of this periosteal flap is superficial. This operation is simple and reliable.
