病毒性肺炎患儿血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体测定及意义

摘　　要：采用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测了４８例病毒性肺炎患儿血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平。结果表明：病毒感染急性期，ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），恢复期则显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），但仍高于正常水平（Ｐ＜０．０５）。患儿ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平的高低与感染的病毒类型无关。提示对病毒性肺炎患儿血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平的动态观察对监测患儿的病情、疗效及转归有一定的积极意义。The serum soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R) levels in 48 childrens patients infected with RSV、PIV、ADV was determined by double Ab ELISA. The results revealed that sIL 2R level in infected group was clearly higher than that of control group ( P< 0 01), while the level at convalescence stage was obviously decreased in comparision with acute stage ( P< 0 01). However it was still higher than the control group ( P< 0 05). We didnt find the correlation between the sIL 2R level and type of infected virus. It is suggested that the measurement of sIL 2R may be regarded as a valuable adjunce index in the evaluation of desease therapy and prognosis of childrens patients infected with respiratory virus.
