Electrokinetic Flow Analysis System for the Determination of Phenols in Water by On-line Liquid-Liquid-Liquid Microextraction

摘  要:采用在线液液液微萃取(LLLME)富集净化和电动流动分析(EFA)系统测定水中挥发酚类化合物折合苯酚总量。EFA系统由一台自制电渗泵和4个电磁切换阀组成,计算机控制泵运作和阀切换。结果表明:在聚丙烯中空纤维膜壁上涂十二醇液膜,管内充10μL0.25mol/LNaOH反萃液,试样以2.0mL/min流量流经萃取通道7.5次循环,1.0mL样品体积的富集倍数为53,分析时间为9min,挥发酚类化合物折合浓度线性范围为9.4×10-3~5.7mg/L苯酚,检出限为3μg/L苯酚,远低于一和二级污水排放中挥发酚类化合物的最大允许量;6.0mL样品体积的富集倍数为300,挥发酚类化合物折合浓度线性范围为1.7×10-3~1.0mg/L苯酚,检出限为0.6μg/L苯酚,低于Ⅰ和Ⅱ类地面水中挥发酚类化合物的最大允许量。An electrokinetic flow analysis (EFA) system was developed for the determination of phenolic compounds in water samples. The analyte preconcentration and matrix clean-up was performed by an on-line liquid-liquid-liquid mieroextraction (LLLME) unit. The EFA system eonsisted of one homemade electroosmotic pump and four solenoid valves, which were controlled by a personal computer with a homemade interfaee card and Visual C program. The obtained conditions were as follows: dodecanol was used as the orginic sol- vent of liquid membrane supported by a 10 cm ×450 um i.d. polypropylene hollow fiber, 10 uL 0. 25 mol/L NaOH was the back-extracting solution, a sample flow rate of 2.0 mL/min and 7.5 times through the extraction channel back and forth were chosen in the analysis. When the total phenolic compounds in 1 mL wastewater was determined, the analytical time needed 9 rain, the enrichment factor and limit of detection (LOD) were 53 and 3 ug/L respectively, which were much lower than the maximum allowed level in industrial wastewater. The linear concentration ranged from 9.4 × 10^-3 to 5.7 mg/L phenol, which were adopted as a converted concentration for total phenols. When the total phenolic compounds in 6 mL surface water was determined, the analytical time was 49 min, the enrichment faetor and LOD were 300 and 0. 6 ug/L respectively, which were lower than the maximum allowed level in surface water. The linear concentration ranged from 1.7 × 10^-3 to 1.0 mg/L phenol.
