摘　　要：园林与扬州历史文化和经济社会密切相关。园林建设发展了历史文化名城扬州,推动了扬州经济社会发展。生态园林建设是扬州历史文化名城保护及现代经济社会可持续发展的重要基石。扬州在大力建设生态园林中,宜特别注意依法治林,突出文化特色,尊重自然规律,以人为本,城乡联动,规范管理,科技兴林。Historical culture and economic society of Yangzhou were closely related to landscape. Landscape construction developed the historical and cultural city Yangzhou, and inspired economic society development of the city. Ecological landscape construction is the important base of historical and cultural city protection and sustainable development of economic society of Yangzhou. More efficient measures should be taken to construct ecological landscape, including landscape administration according to law, emphasizing regional cultural features, following natural law, urban- rural harmonious development, strengthening the standardized landscape management in urban construction, giving priority to people, prospering landscape through science and technology, and etc.
