摘　　要：城市气候条件是影响城市规划与设计的主要因素之一,城市建设必须以科学规划为先导,以气候规划为依据,才能为城市防灾减灾、可持续发展和生态城市建设提供有力保障。根据濮阳气候特点,工业区应选择风向最小频率西风的上风方向;增加城市绿化面积,适当引入水系,可减弱热岛效应,改善和美化居住环境。City climate conditions are one of the main factors affecting city planning. Only when city construction is guided by scientific planning and meanwhile based on climate plans can it ensure the prevention of disasters, make the development sustainable and do well to the ecological city construction. According to the climatic characteristics of Puyang, the industry zones should be in the upper of western winds of minimum frequency, plant more trees around the city, properly imported some water system. In this way the thermal effects can be weakened and the living conditions will be improved and beautified.
