老年女性用力肺活量正常参考值的地理环境分布规律

摘　　要：目的为制定中国老年女性用力肺活量(FVC)正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法收集了中国48个单位测定的9 530例老年女性FVC正常参考值,应用SPSS统计软件,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究了其与8项地理环境因素指标的关系。结果发现老年女性FVC正常参考值与中国地理环境因素之间有很显著的相关关系(F=4.864,P=0.003)。用逐步回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程:Y=9.167 7-0.000 196 1X1-0.043 84X3-0.067 88X6+0.239 9X8±0.309。结论如果知道了中国某地的地理环境因素数值,就可以用回归方程计算这个地区的老年女性FVC正常参考值。依据老年女性FVC正常参考值与地理环境因素的依赖关系,把中国分为8个区。Objective To supply a scientific basis for uniting the normal reference value standard of forced vital capacity （FVC） of Chinese old women. Methods The relationship between the normal reference value of 9 530 examples of FVC of Chinese healthy old women and eight geographical environmental factors in 48 areas in China was measured by SPSS statistical sorftware and correlation and regression analysis. Results The correlation of geographical environmental factors and the normal reference value of FVC of Chinese old women was quite significant （ F = 4. 864, P = 0. 003 ）. The method of mathematical regression analysis was used to infer a regression equation ： Y = 9. 167 7 -0. 000 196 1 X1 -0. 043 84 X3 -0. 067 88 X6 ＋ 0. 239 9 X8 ＋ 0. 309. Conclusions If geographical environmental factor values are obtained in some areas, the normal reference value of FVC of Chinese old women of this area can be reckoned by the regression equations. Furthermore, according to the similarity of the normal reference value of FVC of Chinese old women and the geographical environmental factors, China can be divided into eight regions.
