摘 要:目的提出符合吉林省实际情况的鼠疫防治对策。方法应用数学模型、地理信息系统(GIS)和全球卫星定位系统(GPS)等方法和技术,以鼠疫宿主为主要对象,开展疫源地现状研究。结果疫源地景观变化显著,黄鼠数量明显减少。结论确定以通榆-双辽风沙草原、镇赉县北大岗真草草原、乾安黄土台地区、扶余县局部地区,以及其他景观区域的黄鼠高密度和中密度分布区为吉林省鼠疫重点监测地区;以预测鼠数的15%~20%下达灭鼠任务为宜;全省检测黄鼠血清数量占预测鼠数的1.5%~2.0%之间,在发生动物鼠疫疫情时,可以检测到阳性材料。Objective To put forward plague control countermoves of conforming to practical conditions of Jilin province. Methods Using the methods and technical such as maths models, GIS and GPS to carry out situation study of focus. Results The landscape changes of focus were very remarkable and amounts of S. duricus evidently reduced. Conclusions Defining which the areas were emphasis surveillance areas such as wind and sands grasslands in Tong Yu - shuangLiao, Bei Da gang grasslands , Huang Tu tai areas and local areas in Fu Yu county; Killing tasks under of 15% to 20% of forecasting mice amounts were sitable; Serum amounts of Checking S. dauricus occupied 1.5% to 2.0% of mice amounts in Jilin province and when taking place plague animal plague, we may check out possive materials.
