摘　　要：马家塬基地位于甘肃省天水市张家川回族自治县木河乡桃园村的马家塬上。2006年7月中旬,当地公安局部门发现这里的古墓被盗,同年8月甘肃省文物考古研究所和张家川县博物馆对墓地被盗掘墓葬进行了抢救性发掘,共清理墓葬3座(M1～M3)。其中M1、M3的墓葬结构基本相似,为墓道、车坑、墓室集于一体。3座墓中均有车乘出土,其中M1、M3车坑中随葬4辆,墓室内随葬1辆,达些车辆极为豪华。墓葬出土陶、铜、金、银、铁、骨及玛瑙、绿松石、琉璃等器物2200余件。从墓葬形制和出土遗物来看,此墓地有着浓烈的当地土著和西戎文化的因素及特征,应是秦人统治下的某一支戊人首领的墓地,墓葬的年代属战国晚期。The Majiayuan cemetery is located in Taoyuan Village of Muhe Township in the Zhangjiachuan Automous County of Hui nationality, Tianshui City, Gansu Province. In August of 2006, a salvaging excavation was carried out to explore three robbed tombs （MI - M3） in this cemetery. Among the three tombs, M1 and M3 are basically similar in their structures. They are both composed of one tomb tunnel, one chariot-pit, and one chamber, with four chariots in the pit, and one chariot in the chamber. Besides luxury chariots discovered in the three tombs, more than 2200 funeral objects were unearthed, including objects of different materials, such as pottery, bronze, gold, silver, iron, bone, agate, turquoise, colored glazes, and so forth. Judging by cultural features in the unearthed objects and the structures of tombs, this cemetery may be the captain＇s cemetery of some Rong nationality under the domination of Qin in the late Warring States Period.
