摘 要:目的研究Cajal间质细胞(ICC)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)在儿童便秘患儿乙状结肠的分布,探讨儿童便秘的病因。方法选对照组(直肠息肉)、慢传输型(STC)和出口梗阻型(OOC)便秘各10例,分别取乙状结肠黏膜下肌层组织1块,分别作ICC、CGRP和nNOS的免疫染色。结果统计3组单位面积阳性的ICC、CGRP和nNOS分布的密度。STC组的ICC的阳性细胞的密度较正常组和OOC组明显低。STC组的CGRP和nNOS的阳性神经纤维的密度较正常组和OOC组明显高。结论乙状结肠的ICC和CGRP、nNOS的水平会导致肠蠕动变化,ICC减少、CGI冲、nNOS的增高是STC便秘患儿的重要原因。Objective To investigate the distribution of interstitial cells of Cajel (ICC), calcitonin gene-related paptide (CGRP), and nNOS in the sigraoid flexure of children with chronic constipation. Mcthotis Ten cases of prortopolypus (control group), 10 cases of slow transit constipation (STC), and 10 cases of outlet obstruction constipation (OOC) were chosen. An tissue of submucosa in the sigraoid flexure was assayed by immuno for ICC, CGRP and nNOS. The area and density of ICC, CORP, nNOS positive staining were calculated. Results The area and density of ICC-positive staining in STC were significantly less than those of control and OCC group. The density of nerve fibers positively immunoreactive to CGRP and nNOS in STC was more than that of controls and OCC. Conclusion The contents of ICC, CGRP and nNOS can cause change in movements of the bowel. The important reason of slow transit constipation may be correlated with decreased ICC and increased CGRP and nNOS.
