12种云南胡椒属植物乙醇提取物抗血小板活化因子作用的筛选

摘　　要：用血小板活化因子（ｐｌａｔｅｌｅｔａｃｔｉｖａｔｉｎｇｆａｃｔｏｒ，ＰＡＦ）诱导的血小板聚集实验法，观察了樟叶胡椒、野芦子藤、光轴苎叶立匀艹、黄化、芦子藤、细芦子藤、毕拨、缘毛胡椒、短立匀艹、大钻骨风、腺脉立匀艹和角果胡椒共１２种滇产胡椒属植物乙醇提取物对ＰＡＦ活性的影响．结果表明：该１２种醇提取物均明显抑制ＰＡＦ诱导的血小板聚集．结果提示该１２种滇产胡椒属植物乙醇提取物具有较强的抗ＰＡＦ作用．With the method of PAF induced platelet aggregation, observation was made on how PAF activity was affected by the alcohol extracts of 12 pepper species native to Yunnan, namely P. polysyphorum, P. boehmeriaefolium, P. flaviflorum, P. longum Linn, P. semiimmersurm, P. mullesua, P. bavinum and P. pedicellatum and the other four unammed pepper species. The results demonstrated that they all significantly inhibited PAF induced platelet aggregation, suggesting a powerful anti PAF activity of the alcohol extracts from 12 pepper species native to Yunnan.
