摘　　要：应用二维多普勒超声对昆明地区２５６名健康人颈内动脉、椎动脉的管壁和血流动力学参数进行研究．结果发现，反映大脑血流量的参数ＭＡＸ，ＴＡＭＸ随年龄增高而逐渐降低，而反映血管张力状况的参数ＰＩ，ＲＩ，ＭＡＸ／ＭＩＮ与ＩＣＡ／ＣＣＡ也随年龄增高而逐渐改变．在老年前期５０～５９岁组中１２例（检出率４．６９％）动脉内膜发生轻度硬化改变．With 2 dimensional doppler ultrasonography, a parameter study was made on the blood vessel wall and hemodynamics of the carotid and vertebral arteries in 256 healthy people from Kunming. The result showed that MAX and TAMX, parameters reflecting the brain blood flow, went down gradually with age while PI, RI, MAX/MIN and ICA/CCA, parameters reflecting vasodilatation, also changed slowly with age. In the group aged 50～59 before senescence, 12 cases revealed a mild sclerosis at the endarterium.
