摘 要:波形蛋白是主要存在于间充质细胞中的一种中间丝,与脑损伤后的反应性胶质化和瘢痕修复密切相关。近年来国内外研究发现波形蛋白在脑损伤后胶质瘢痕的形成过程中扮演着重要角色。脑损伤后不同时段,波形蛋白可重新表达,其表达的部位及含量呈一定波动性,而这些问题对法医学探讨脑损伤时间具有十分重要的意义。本文就波形蛋白的生物学特性、活性调节、在脑损伤中作用及其法医学意义作一综述,希望能为法医学脑损伤时间推断提供一定的参考。Vimentin, one type of intermediate filaments, mainly exists in mesenchymal cells and is closely related to gliosis and glial scar recovery after brain injury. Recently, research in home and overseas has proved that vimentin plays an important role in glial scar formation after brain injury. Vimentin can be re-expressed after brain injury. The distribution and quantity of vimentin have showed regular fluctuation in the different time of brain injury. Therefore, the basic understanding of them will contribute to the estimation of time after brain injury in forensic medicine. This paper reviews the bionomics, active regulation and effect after brain injury of vimentin, and its significance in forensic medicine. It is expected to contribute to the estimation of time after brain injury.
