修复重建外科技术在肢体软组织恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨肢体软组织恶性肿瘤的有效治疗方法。方法:从2000年2月到2005年2月,应用广泛切除和肢体功能重建的手术方法,结合放射治疗和化学治疗,治疗了26例肢体软组织恶性肿瘤。结果:本组病例,随访时间3￣60个月,15例无瘤生存(54%),8例发生局部复发(31%),5例出现远处转移(15%)。所有切除和修复手术都获得成功。结论:肢体软组织恶性肿瘤的综合治疗既能保存有功能的肢体,又能降低局部复发及远处转移率。Objective： To explore the effective therapeutic measures for soft tissue sarcomas of the extremities. Mothods： Form february 2000 to february 2005, extensive excision and reconstruction combined the radiotherapies, chemotherapies were applied to 26 cases with soft tissue sarcomas of extremities. Results： The follow up period was about three to sixty months. 15 cases survived without sarcoma relapses （54%）, 8 cases occurred local recurrences （31%）, 5 occurred distant metastases （15%）. All reconstructive surgeries were successful. Conclusions： Synthetic therapies which are composed of extensive excision, reconstruction, radiotherapies, chemotherapies are effective measures to soft tissue sarcomas of the extremities, not only restore the limb function, but also reduce the occurrences of local recurrences and distant metastases.
