摘　　要：目的:研究瘤果黑种草子的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从瘤果黑种草子中分离鉴定了4个化合物,分别为二十六酸(I)、1-二十烯(II)、黑种草苷(III)、附子碱(IV)。结论:化合物(I)和(II)首次从该植物中发现。Objective： To investigate the chemical constituents in the seeds of Nigella glandulifera. Method： The chemical constituents were isolated and repeatedly purified on silica gel column. They were identified and structurally elucidated by means of physio-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Result： Four compounds were identified as hexaoosanoie acid （Ⅰ）, 1- eicosene （Ⅱ）, nigeglanoside （Ⅲ）, fuzitine （Ⅳ）. Conclusion： （Ⅰ） and （Ⅱ） were obtained from the plant for the first time.
