摘 要:目的:研究血脂变化在冠心病痰瘀辨证中的作用。方法:采取Meta分析的方法对相关文献中冠心病“痰浊证”、“衄瘀证”患者和“正常对照者”血脂含量进行综合分析。结果:冠心病患者TC含量血瘀证组比正常对照组高1.644—0.776倍标准差,痰浊证组比正常对照组高2.708~0.331倍标准差;TG含量血瘀证组比正常对照组高1.219~0.332倍标准差,痰浊证组比正常对照组高1.329—0.536倍标准差;HDL—C含量血瘀证组比正常对照组低0.278~1.559倍标准差,痰浊证组比正常对照组低0.445~1.262倍标准差;LDL—C含量血瘀证组比正常对照组高1.607~0.179倍标准差,痰浊证组比正常对照组高1.932~0.342倍标准差。森林图结果显示,冠心病患者血瘀证和痰浊证的TC、TG、LDL—C的含量与正常对照组相比均有显著差异,而HDL—C含量均无显著差异。结论:冠心病血瘀证和痰浊证患者血脂含量均有一定变化,其中TC、TG、LDL—C的含量的变化可以作为冠心病痰瘀辨证的客观指标。Objective: to study the functions of the alternation of blood fat in phlegm Stasis Syndrome of coronary heart disease. Methods: to adopt the Meta analysis to have a comprehensive analysis on the phlegm stasis of coronary heart disease mentioned in the literature, the patients with blood stasis and the content of blood in the normal collators. Results: the TC content the patients with coronary heart disease in the blood stasis group is 1. 644 -0. 776 times in standard deviation higher than that in the normal comparison group, Phlegm turbid group is 2. 708 ~ 0. 331times in standard deviation higher than that in normal comparison group; the Blood stasis group of TC content is 1. 219 - 0. 332 times in standard deviation higher than that in the normal group, and the phlegm turbid stasis group is 1. 329 - 0. 536 times in standard deviation higher than that in the normal group ; blood stasis group of HDL- C content is 0. 278 - 1. 559 times in standard deviation lower than that in the normal group, and phlegm turbid group is 0. 445 - 1. 262times in standard deviation lower than that in the normal group ; blood stasis group of LDL - C content is 1. 607 - 0. 179 times in standard deviation higher than that in the normal group, and phlegm turbid group is 1. 932- 0. 342times in standard deviation higher than that in the normal group. The forest graphics showed the content of TC, TG and LDL - C in the patients with blood stasis of coronary heart disease and phlegm turbid syndrome had striking differences, and while that of HTD - C had no obvious differences. Conclusion : the blood fatcontent of the patients with coronary heart disease has a certain change in blood stasis group and phlegm turbid syndrome group, and of them, the change the content of TC, TG and LDL - C can be used for the index to differentiate blood stasis and phlegm turbid syndrome of coronary heart disease.
