摘  要:目的:建立润燥护鼻乳膏质量标准。方法:定性鉴别采用薄层色谱(TLC)法,含量测定采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。结果:该制剂中的大黄、紫草、当归可用TLC法检出,且空白无干扰;含量测定的色谱条件:十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.2%磷酸(75∶25)为流动相;流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长254nm,理论板数按大黄素峰计算不低于3000。结论:薄层鉴别和含量测定方法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可用于控制润燥护鼻乳膏的质量。Objective: To establish the quality standard for Runzao Hubi Cream. Method: TLC was employed for the chemical identification, and HPLC was employed for the content determination. Result: Rheum offieinale Baill, Arnebiae uehroma (Royle) Johnst, and Angelica sinensis (Oliv) Diels could be identified by TLC. Emodin and Chrysophanol could be determined by HPLC, ODS- C18 as stationary phase, methanol- 0. 2% phosphoicaid (75:25 ) as mobile phase, flow rate was lml/min, detected wavelength at 254nm, theoretical plate number of Emodin ≥3 000. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Runzao Hubi Cream.
