摘 要:目的:研究栽培黄藤(Fibraurea recisa Pierre.)药材的化学成分。方法:化学成分用溶剂提取后以色谱方法分离,经波谱分析鉴定结构。结果:分离鉴定了巴马汀(Palmatine,1)、药根碱(Jatrorrhizine,2)、小檗碱(Berberine,3)、非洲防己碱(Columbamine,4),四氢巴马汀(Terahydropalmatine,5),罗默碱(Roe-merine,6)、黄藤内酯(Fibraurin,7)、Fibleucin(8)、齐墩果酸(Oleanolic acid,9)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitoster-ol,10)和胡萝卜苷(Daucosterol,11)共11个化合物。结论:栽培和野生黄藤药材化学成分的结构类型和主成分一致,均以巴马汀(1)和黄藤内酯(7)为主。化合物5-6、8-11为首次从黄藤中分离得到。Objective: To study the chemical constituents of cultivated Fibraurea recisa Pierre. , a folk medicine is widely used in the Yunnan Province. Method : The chemical constituents of cultivated Fibraurea recisa Pierre. were extracted with ethanol, then were isolated by chromatography. Their structures were elucidated based on the physicochemical property and spectrum analysis. Result: Eleven compounds were isolated and elucidated as palmatine ( 1 ), jatrorrhizine ( 2 ), berberine ( 3 ), columbamine ( 4 ), terahydropalmatine ( 5 ), roemerine (6), fibraurin (7), fibleucin (8), oleanolic acid (9), 15-sitosterol (10)and daucosterol (11). Conclusion: The chemical constituents of wild and cultivated Fibraurea recisa Pierre. have same structure type, and have palmatine ( 1 ) and fibraurin (7) as major components in both of them. Compounds 5 - 6, 8 - 11 were isolated from the rattan of Fibraurea recisa for the first time.
