试论现代自然科学背景下的中西医理论的结合与融合

摘　　要：通过分析比较中西医两种医学的起源、发展中分歧产生的原因以及对人类医学体系的未来发展方向及结果提出的推论,指出中医学自身发展中不应躲避去充分利用现代科技包括现代医学为我所用;从哲学角度提出,宏观的理论应该指导微现理论的发展,并且在微观理论发展到一定"微"的时侯,必须回归到宏观上来,中医是宏观的,西医是微观的,但在医学的发展过程中,从长远趋势看,中西医必将彻底融为一体,中医在宏观联系上占优,西医则在微观上个体上见长,二者只有结合才能达到对人体这一复杂事物的正确把握;并指出中西医结合是未来人类医学达到完美融合的重要步骤,中西医结合值得提倡。The article analyzed the origins of TCM and modern medicine, the reason of difference and to bring forward deduction, the future development direction of mankind medical scientific system. The article points out that TCM should escane making use of modern science and technology, including the modern medical science to accelerated self - development ; put forward the points from the angle of philosophy, the macroscopical theories should guide the development of microcosmic theories. As a result, the microcosmic theory development and the microcosmic have to return to macroscopical. TCM is macroscopic, and the western medicine is microcosmic. From the far - sighted trend in the development process of medical science points of view, the two kinds of medical sciences necessarily will thoroughly merge into an intergration as a whole, and the chinese medicine has predominance in macroscopical thought, the western medicine has predominance in on microcosmic technology, only when the two medical sciences combine together, can it give insights into hte human body; the author also points out that to promote combination of TCM with Western medicine will be the important step that mankind medical science will attanin perfect fusion in the future and the combination of TCM with Western medicine is worthy of being advocated.
