摘　　要：通过对定稿时滞的定量研究，发现定稿时滞占整个发表时滞的30％～45％；因此，降低定稿时滞是缩短发表时滞的重要措施。认为降低定稿时滞应从编辑部做起，通过改善编辑流程来达到缩短整个发表时滞的目的。This article finds that editors＇ decision delay is about 30% -45% in publication delay. Therefore it＇s important to shorten the decision delay. This should be started from the editorial offices and the editing process should be improved.
