摘  要:目的观察牡芍合剂对骨折术后疼痛模型大鼠丘脑中β-内啡肽(β-EP)及八肽胆囊收缩素(CCK-8)的影响,探讨牡芍合剂的镇痛机理。方法选取体重250~300g SPF级雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常对照组(空白组)、模型组、牡芍合剂治疗组和曲马多对照组,采用Brennan术后痛模型,术后曲马多对照组、牡芍合剂治疗组立即给药,给药后1h处死动物取脊髓,采用放射免疫法测定β-EP及CCK-8的含量。结果与模型组相比,牡芍合剂能显著升高术后疼痛模型大鼠丘脑中β-EP含量,并降低CCK-8的含量。结论牡芍合剂可以促进β-EP的分泌,抑制CCK-8的分泌,起到镇痛作用。Objective To study the effect of Mushao composition on β-EP and CCK-8 in the caudex dorsalis of rats with pain after fracture operation, and explore its mechanism. Methods The male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, Mashao composition group and tramadol group. The Brennan model was adopted. The level of the β-EP and CCK-8 were determined by the method of radioimmunity. Results Compared with model group, Mushao composition could increase level of β-EP in the eaudex dorsalis, while decrease level of CCK-8. Conclusion Mushao composition could increase the content of β-EP and reduce the content of CCK-8, so to analgesia in rats model of pain after fracture operation.
