摘 要:目的了解北京市昌平区食品、公共场所从业人员HBV的感染情况,以指导对从业人员的疾病预防工作。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法对昌平辖区内食品、公共场所从业人员HBV血清标志物进行检测。结果昌平区2007年1月1日—12月31日,检测食品、公共场所从业人员HBsAg阳性率为2.12%,男性比女性高(χ2=85.68,P<0.01)。HBsAg阳性合并HBeAg、抗-HBc阳性(大三阳)是感染的主要模式,占25.74%。食品、公共场所从业人员来自该地与外埠的HBsAg阳性率分别为0.94%、2.53%,经统计学分析,两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=186.07,P<0.01)。结论昌平区食品、公共场所从业人员HBV感染率低于普通人群感染率(4.4%~8.0%),外埠人员HBsAg阳性率比该地的高。说明该区几年来的公共卫生监管力度到位,继续开展以上从业人员每年的健康检查和在从业人员中加强乙肝疫苗的预防接种有着重要意义。[ Objective] To learn the infection situation of HBV among food and public places personnel, so as to guide them to prevent disease. [Methods] ELISA was used to detect serum marker of HBV. [ Results] HbsAg positive rate was 2.12%, male was higher than female( x^2 = 85.68, P 〈0.01 ). The main type of infection was the positive expression of HBsAg combined with HBeAg and anti-HBc positive, occupied 25.74%. HbsAg positive rate among local "personnel and non-local personnel was 0.94% and 2.53% respectively, according to statistic analysis, the difference was significant (x^2 = 186.07, P 〈 0. 01 ). [ Conclusion] The HBV infectious rate of food and public place personnel in Changping district was lower than the common population's (4.4% 8.0% ) , and the HbsAg positive rate of non-local personnel was higher than the local's. It indicates that in recent years effective measures have been taken to supervise the public health works, continuous health examinations among above personnel and strengthening HBV vaccination are significant.
