摘　　要：农民是农业生产的主体,加强农民文化素质和技能的培训是发展农业的重要途径。探讨了面授与网络相结合、实地培训与远程指导相结合、实物操作与计算机模拟相结合的多元化农村实用技术培训的模式,同时在广东农村信息直通车工程的推动下,该模式在广东省各地得到了示范性推广应用。Peasant is the subject of agricultural production. Moreover, to strengthen the cultural quality and skill training of peasant are the vital elements to develop agriculture. Therefore, this paper explores a practical technology-training mode that includes the following combinations： face-to-face teaching and internet teaching, field training and long distance direction as well as the actual manipulation and computer simulation. Meanwhile, with the push of the Rural Information Highway Project, this mode has attained exemplary popularization and application at different areas in Guangdong province.
