河南省农村居民慢性非传染疾病经济负担研究

摘　　要：目的:了解河南省农村居民慢性非传染性疾病经济负担。方法:依据2006年河南省卫生服务调查和卫生部常规死因登记报告系统等数据,利用二步模型法和人力资源法分别测算疾病直接经济负担、间接经济负担,并进行分类统计。结果:2006年河南省农村居民慢性非传染性疾病经济负担为409.09亿元,占全部疾病总经济负担的69.73%,占河南省GDP的6.63%。结论:慢性非传染性疾病经济负担巨大且以高于GDP增长的速度增长,成为河南省农村居民主要的疾病经济负担;其中恶性肿瘤、高血压、冠心病、糖尿病和其他类型心脏病是导致慢性非传染性疾病经济负担的主要原因。Objective To know the economic burden of chronic non-communicable diseases in He＇nan Province. Methods Using two-step model and human capital approach to measure the direct, indirect and total economic burden of chronic non-communicable diseases separately and to sum up by classification according to the data from He＇nan health service surveys in 2006 and the National Routine Vital Registration System. Results In 2006, the total economic burden of chronic non-communicable diseases is 40.91 billion RMB, accounting for 69.73% of the total economic burden of all diseases and 6.63% of GDP of Heoan province. Conclusion The economic burden of chronic non-communicable diseases is enormous, and its increasing speed is higher than that of GDP in He＇nan Province, which makes a dominating contribution to the economic burden of all diseases in China. Malignancy, hypertension, Coronary heart disease, diabetes, and other types of heart diseases are the primary, reasons to the economic burden of chronic non-communicable diseases.
