摘　　要：目的:探讨山东省农村糖尿病患者的治疗费用及其影响因素。方法:采用现况研究的方法,选择山东省有代表性的8个农业县,对年龄≥25岁的常住农村居民抽样进行问卷调查,利用其中201例自报糖尿病患者数据分析。结果:自报糖尿病患者1年治疗费用均数为1720.3元,占人均年纯收入的37.4%。多元线性回归分析得出糖尿病患者治疗费用的影响因素包括是否有并发症、是否曾住院、是否主动获取糖尿病知识、对自身病情了解程度和文化程度。结论:农村糖尿病患者的直接经济负担严重,必须采取有效措施,减轻患者的经济负担。Objective To study the medical expenditure of rural diabetes mellitus and its influence factors. Method A cross-sectional survey of rural residents aged 25 years and above was conducted in eight counties of Shandong. Use data of 201 self-reported diabetes patients analyze. Results Average medical expenditure of a self-reported diabetes patients was 1 720.3 per annum which spent 37.4% of personal annual net income. Through liner regression analysis, the main factors influencing the medical expenditure of diabetes mellitus found were complication, hospitalization, desire to diabetes knowledge, awareness level of own disease, and education. Conclusions High economic burden of diabetes for patients from rural area calls for urgent need to pay more attention to rural area and take effective measures to alleviate economic burden of diabetes mellitus.
