导流参数与SUFR系统缺氧反硝化及吸磷的灰熵分析

摘  要:应用灰关联度熵分析方法,分别以SUFR(螺旋升流式反应器)系统缺氧区反硝化以及反硝化吸磷效果为目标,研究导流参数对该系统缺氧区影响的相关性及其重要性顺序.试验结果表明,各导流参数对SUFR系统缺氧区反硝化以及反硝化吸磷均有明显的影响.对于反硝化而言,各机械导流参数对其影响的顺序为:导流转速大于导流叶片的折角大于导流叶片的串联层数大于d/D;对于反硝化吸磷而言,各机械导流参数对其影响的顺序为:导流叶片的折角大于导流转速大于导流叶片的串联层数大于d/D.导流参数对反硝化及反硝化吸磷影响主要原因在于导流参数的变化对反应器内剪切环境和流动状态产生了影响,但导流参数对反硝化及反硝化吸磷影响存在明显的差异.The method of grey relational entropy was used to analyze the relation between parameters of guiding vane and the efficiency of denitrification and denitrifying dephosphation respectively in the anoxic zone of the SUFR( spiral-up flow reactor) system. The results show that the rotational speed, the pitch angle of the guiding vane, d/D and the layers of multistage vane play important roles in the anoxic zone. And the decreasing effect sequence of the four factors of the denitrification is: the rotational speed; the pitch angle of the guiding vane; the layers of multistage vane; d/D. The decreasing effect sequence of the four factors of the denitrifying dephosphation is : the pitch angle of the guiding vane;the rotational speed;the layers of multistage vane; d/D. The primary reason for the effect of parameters of guiding vane on the denitrification and denitrifying dephosphation is that the shear stress and the flow pattern of the reactor change with the parameters of guiding vane. And the effect of parameters of guiding vane on the denitrification is not consistent with the effect of parameters of guiding vane on the denitrifying dephosphation.
