乐山市煤炭企业退休职工的职业健康监护情况

摘　　要：目的了解乐山市煤炭企业退休职工职业健康监护和尘肺病发生现状。方法依据《职业健康监护管理办法》和GBZ 70-2002《尘肺病诊断标准》,参照GB 5906-2000《尘肺病诊断标准片》,对2000—2007年乐山市煤炭企业来乐山市疾病预防控制中心首次进行检查的退休职工进行职业健康检查和尘肺病诊断。结果2000—2007年进行离岗职业健康检查的退休矿工共计765名,离岗职业健康检查率不足2%,明显低于全国(9.4%)和乐山市(4.63%)煤炭企业在岗职工的职业健康检查率。受检的765名退休矿工中,尘肺病281例,发生率36.73%,明显高于乐山市(3.18%)煤炭企业在岗职工的尘肺病发生率。结论乐山市煤炭企业退休职工的职业健康监护严重缺失,尘肺病发生情况严峻,应加强卫生监督,使退休矿工的健康得到合法保障。[ Objective] To Understand the occupational health ward and occurrence of pneumoconiosis in retired employees of coal enterprises in Leshan city. [ Methods ] According to measures of professional health ward management, and diagnostic criteria of pneumoconiosis [ GBZ 70-2002 ） , referring to standard chest radiograph for pneumoconiosis diagnosis （ GB 5906-2000 ） , occupational physical examination and pneumoconiosis diagnosis was conducted on coal enterprises＇retired employees who came to examine in Leshan CDC for the first time from 2000 to 2007. [Results] A total of 765 retired employees conducted occupational health examination from 2000 to 2007, the ratio of occupational health examination of retired miners did not reach 2%, and was significantly lower than the national （9.4%） and Leshan city＇s （4.63%） occupational health examination rate of coal enterprises employees. Of 765 retired employees, 281 were pneumoconiosis, the incidence was 36.73% , and was significantly higher than that of coal enterprises employees in Leshan city （3.18% ）. [ Conclusion] The occupational health ward of retired employees of coal enterprises in Leshan city is seriously deficient, and the occurrence of pneumoconiosis is austere. Hygiene inspection should be strengthened to ensure the health of retired miners.
