摘 要:目的比较微波消解和湿式消解前处理法在等离子体发射光谱法(ICP—AES)测定食品中金属元素的应用效果。方法将微波消解和湿式消解法用于实际样品包括奶粉、乳饮料、白酒、面粉、水产品、肉制品、饮料等的测定,并对这2种方法进行比较。结果微波消解方法的检出限为0.0011~0.0218mg/L,可以满足测定的要求,不同元素RSD为0.23%-2.61%,回收率为90.6%~95.1%,对2种方法处理样品测定结果的试验数据进行统计学分析,确定各种元素差异均无统计学意义。结论微波消解前处理方法具有简便、快捷、回收率高、精密度高的优点,该方法适用于食品中金属元素的测定。[ Objective] To compare the application effect of microwave digestion and wet digestion in the ICP AES determination of metallic elements in food. [ Methods] Microwave digestion and wet digestion were applied in the determination of milk powder, milk drink, white wine, flour, aquatic products, meat products, and soft drink and so on. [ Results] The detection limit of the microwave digestion was 0. 011 - 0. 0218 mg/L, which could satisfy the requirement of the determination; the recovery rate was 90.6% -95.1% ; statistical analysis was made on the test data of the determination result by the two methods. [ Conclusion ] The microwave digestion method is simple, rapid with high recovery rate and accuracy and is applicable for the determination of metallic elements in food.
