大黄对急危重症患者血液流变性异常的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察大黄对急危重症患者血液流变性异常的治疗作用。方法42例急危重症患者随机分为2组,治疗组和对照组均接受常规治疗和病因治疗,治疗组加用大黄鼻饲或口服,分别检测2组患者治疗前和治疗7d后血液流变学各项指标的变化。结果治疗后2组患者全血高切黏度(200s-1)、全血低切黏度(1s-1)、血浆黏度(100s-1)、红细胞比积(HCT)、血沉(ESR)、血管性假血友病因子(VWF)上升,血小板计数(PLT)、纤维蛋白原含量(FBG)下降,治疗组第7天的血液流变学各项指标与对照组比较均有明显改善,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论大黄对急危重症患者的血液流变性有保护作用。[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effects of rhubarb in the treatment of abnormal hemorheology of the acute and criti（al patients. [ Methods] Forty-two patients with acute critical diseases were stochastically divided into two groups, namely, the treatment group and the control; both groups were treated with routine integrated method, while the treatment group was treated addi- lionally with rhubarb powder nasally or orally; detection was made on the hemorheological indexes of the two groups before anti alter the 7 days＇treatment. [ Results]The blood high-shear viscosity （200st） , low-shear （1s^-1） , plasma viscosity （100s^-1） , hematocrit （HCT） , erythroeyte sedimentation rate （ESR） and yon Willebrand factor antigen （VWF） of the two groups increased, while platelet counting （PLT） and fibrinogen （FBG） decreased; all the hemorheological indexes of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control, the difl＇erence was significant （ P 〈0.05 ; P 〈0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] Rhubarb has a protection effect on the blood coagulation and hemorheology of the patients with acute critical diseases.
