摘 要:在实验室条件下,分别对伊犁绢蒿Seriphidium transiliense、民勤绢蒿S.minchiinense、蛔蒿S.cinum、博洛塔绢蒿S.borotalense、新疆绢蒿S.kaschgaricum、沙湾绢蒿S.sawanense、西北绢蒿S.nitro-sum和针裂叶绢蒿S.sublessingianum8种绢蒿属植物种子吸水曲线、发芽率和幼苗可溶性蛋白含量、POD和CAT活性进行了比较分析.结果表明,8种绢蒿属植物种子吸水曲线均呈现"快-慢-稳"的格局.其中伊犁绢蒿的发芽率最高,为85.00%,针裂叶绢蒿最低,为21.77%;绢蒿幼苗可溶性蛋白含量、POD和CAT活性因种类不同而有明显差异.8种绢蒿属植物种子吸水和萌发特性是其对各自生境适应的结果.A laboratory study was made on water-absorbing curve, germinating rate of seeds,soluble protein contents, activity of POD and CAT of 8 species ( Seriphidliurn. transiliense, S. rninchunense, S. cinum, S. borotalernse, S. kaschgaricum, S. sawanens, S. nitrosum, S. sublessingiamum ) from Seriphidium (Bess.) Poljak. The results showed that all the water-absorbing curve of 8 species seeds presented the patterns of "quick-slow-steady". The germinating rate of S. transiliense were the highest, 85.00% ; while those of S. .sublessingianurn were the lowest, 21.77 %. There are conspicuous differences of soluble protein content and activity of POD and CAT among different species. The water-absorbing and germinating characteristics of 8 species Seriphidium are the result adapts to respective habitat.
