摘　　要：IP信令网为创新技术,有多种协议标准,但目前业界仍未大规模部署。针对中国移动网络的庞大规模和特殊需求,并考虑到建网、维护、数据管理等因素,部署IP信令网采用分层结构,网元和STP间采用3GPP建议的M3UA/SCTP协议,以提高兼容性;STP和STP间采用M2PA/SCTP协议,以提高网络的可靠性。As an innovative technology, IP signaling has many protocol standards, and largescale deployment has not been implemented. Aiming at the large scale and special needs of mobile network in China, and considering networking, maintenance and data management, the author suggests adopting hierarchy structure when deploying IP signaling network, using the M3UA/ SCTP protocol in element location STP to improve the system compatibility, and using the M2PA/SCTP protocol among STP to improve the reliability for IP signaling network.
