摘 要:造纸系统在运行过程中呈现出非线性、时变性、关联性和大时间滞后等特性,属于一类复杂的工业受控系统。采用一种基于链系统方法的结构分散化控制方案实现对该系统的自动控制。建立了造纸系统的一种基于单元模型的结构分散化模型。根据结构分散化预估机制和控制方案,设计了以纸页定量及纸页水分为受控变量的关联系统的结构分散化控制算法与系统。经仿真和分析表明,该方法可较好地达到控制系统的要求,控制精度较高,并具有良好的鲁棒性。Papermaking processes are the kind of complex industrial systems to be controlled,for the features of nonlinearity, time-varying,connectionist and large time delays appear during their operations.This article adopts a chain system method based structurally decentralized control scheme to control the papermaking system.A unit model based structurally decentralized model for the papermaking process is constructed.According to the structurally decentralized prediction mechanism and control scheme, the structurally decentralized control algorithm and system are designed for the connection system with the paper basis weight and paper moisture as its controlled outputs.The simulation and the application results demonstrate that the method can better meet the requirements of control systems,with a higher control precision and a good robustness.
