头风愈滴丸抗血小板聚集及抗血栓形成的作用

摘　　要：目的:观察头风愈滴丸对血小板聚集及血栓形成的影响。方法:分别采用体外ADP诱导家兔血小板聚集实验,"胶原蛋白—肾上腺素"致小鼠体内血栓偏瘫实验,观察头风愈滴丸对抗血小板聚集和血栓形成的作用。结果:头风愈滴丸各剂量组对ADP诱导的家兔血小板聚集具有较好的抑制作用,且呈一定的量效关系,尤以15倍剂量组疗效更优;对体内血栓实验,头风愈滴丸高剂量组能显著对抗胶原蛋白—肾上腺素混合诱导剂引起的血栓形成,减少动物死亡数并使偏瘫恢复正常。结论:头风愈滴丸具有一定的抗血小板聚集、抗血栓形成的作用,该作用可能是其防治偏头痛的机理之一。Separately based on platelet aggregation in rabbits induced by ADP, thrombosis hemiplegia in vivo induced by adrenaline- collagen in mice, observe the effect of Toufengyu drop pill on platelet aggregation and thrombosis. ResuLts： indicate that the all dosage groups of Toufengyu drop pill poss the inhibitory effects on platelet aggregation in rabbits induced by ADP; on thrombosis formation in vivo, high dose group significantly antagonize the thrombosis induced by a mixture of collagen and adrenaline, reduce the number of animal deaths and normalize hemiplegia. The effect may be one of the mechanism in the prevention of migraine.
