摘 要:目的:筛选优化川芎提取物的提取工艺。方法:采用均匀设计法,以提取物收率和总内酯含量为指标,对川芎提取物的提取工艺进行优选。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为:采用渗漉法,粉碎粒度为20目,以90%的乙醇为溶剂,用量为6倍量,浸泡时间为24 h,渗漉速度为2 mL/min。验证试验结果表明提取物收率为7.36%,总内酯含量为3.55%。结论:建立的川芎提取物的提取工艺稳定、可行,适合放大生产。Objective: To find out the optimum parameters of the Chuanxiung extract. Method: Used the uniform design method, investigated the effects of the ratio of extraction and the content of total lactones. Result: The optimum condition was obtained: introduced the diacolation, added six folds of ethanol at 90 percent concentration, twenty four hours in duration for infusion time. Results of duplicate test: the ratio of extraction was 7.36%, the content of total lactones was 3.55%. Conclusion: The extraction process shows stabilization and feasibility, can be available for industrial production at large scale.
