摘  要:建立了中药白芍中白芍总苷的紫外测定方法。将白芍总苷粗品水解得到产物苯甲酸作为对照品,在最大吸收波长228 nm处,采用紫外分光光度法测定白芍总苷含量。在2.0-10.0μg/mL范围内,吸光度和苯甲酸的浓度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9984。方法的加标回收率(n=6)为99.1%,RSD为2.4%。该方法可作为白芍中白芍总苷的半定量质量控制方法。A method was proposed for the determination of the content of total glucosides of paeony in Paeonia lactiflora Pall. by UV spectrophotometry. The determination method was established with benzoic acid which was hydrolysis product of total glucosides of paeony as a contrast by UV spectrophotometry at 228 nm. A good linear relationship between concentration of benzoic acid and its absorbance was obtained, and the linear range was between 2.0 and 10.0 μg/mL with correlation coefficient of r = 0.9984. The average recovery ( n = 6) and RSD were 99.1% and 2.4% respectively. This method is simple rapid and reliable. It could be used for the semi-quantitative determination of total glucosides of paeony in Paeonia lactifloria Pall.
