摘 要:用Amberlite XAD-2000树脂键合8-羟基喹啉固相萃取富集水中痕量铅,然后用火焰原子吸收法测定。实验了pH,样品处理速度,洗脱剂的类型、用量、浓度、处理速度等因素对铅回收率的影响。在最优条件下,树脂对铅的最大吸附量7.2 mg Pb/g树脂,回收率92%;且该方法抗干扰能力强,可用于环境水样检测和干扰离子存在下(如海水中)痕量铅的检测。In this paper, a method for the determination of the trace lead (Ⅱ ) in aqueous solutions by flame AAS with solid-phase extraction using Amberlite XAD-2000 resins was proposed, and various influencing factors such as pH, eluent type, concentration and volume of the eluent, and flow rate etc. on recovery were discussed. Under the optimum conditions, the maximum adsorption capacities of Pb( Ⅱ ) was 7.2 mg/g, and the recovery was 92%. This method has strong anti-interference capability and can be used to determine the trace lead ( Ⅱ ) in environmental samples or in aqueous solutions containing interference ions such as sea water.
