红景天提取物对纤维肉瘤细胞T241增殖功能的影响及抑瘤作用的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:通过体内外实验研究红景天提取物对T241肿瘤细胞增殖的影响。方法:检测不同浓度红景天醇提取物对T241肿瘤细胞增殖及细胞存活的影响;C57BL6/J荷瘤小鼠分为红景天组及实验对照组,观察红景天灌胃处理对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长的作用,计算两组肿瘤生长抑制率。结果:红景天醇提取物抑制T241细胞增殖呈浓度依赖性,且浓度在在50μg/ml至250μg/ml之间时实验组与对照组相比细胞存活率没有显著差异。荷瘤小鼠在红景天灌胃21 d后,与对照组相比,红景天组抑瘤率达到了70.9%。结论:红景天在体内外实验均能有效抑制T241纤维肉瘤细胞的增殖,且未发现明显细胞毒作用。Objective： To study the anticancer activity of Rhodiola sachalinensis in vitro and in vivo experiments. Methods： The effect of Rhodiola sachalinensis extracts at various concentrations on T241 fibrosarcoma cells proliferation and cytotoxic potential were measured. We divided T241 fibrosarcoma-bearing C57B16/J mice into two groups, the tumor inhibition rate were observed. Results： Rhodiola sachalinensis extracts inhibited T241 tumor cells growth in a dose-dependent manner. The concentrations of Rhodiola sachalinens/s extracts from 50μg/ml to 250μg/ml did not reduced the survival rate of T241 tumor ceils. The daily administration of Rhodiola sachalinensis resulted in a significant suppression of the growth of primary tumors, compared to control group, tumor inhibition rate in Rhodiola sachalinensis group reached 70. 9%. Conclusion： Rhodiola sachalinensis can inhibit T241 tumor cells growth and does not cause a direct cytotoxicity against tumor cells in vitro and in vivo.
