摘  要:利用Fenton反应、邻苯三酚自氧化反应及光照核黄素产生活性氧自由基,紫外-可见分光光度法研究了三七总皂苷在体外对活性氧自由基的清除作用。通过硫代巴比妥分光光度法研究三七总皂苷对.OH引起的DNA氧化损伤的保护作用。实验结果表明三七总皂苷对.OH、O2.-自由基有明显的清除作用,并能显著抑制.OH对DNA氧化损伤。Scavening effects of panax notoginseng saponins on active oxygen species in the systems of Fenton reaction, autoxidation of pyrogallol and riboflavine photosensitization were investigated by .the mean of spectrophotometry. The inhibition ofpanax notoginseg saponins on the damage of DNA chain induced by hydroxyl radical by panax notoginseng saponins was observed by the mean of gelose gel electrophoresi and thiobartital spectrophotometry. The results showed that panax notoginseng saponins could scaven · OH, O2^- efficiently and protect DNA chains from being damaged by hydroxyl radical.
