我国游泳等级裁判员培训考核工作现状的调查分析

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、逻辑法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对我国现行的游泳等级裁判员培训考核工作进行了分析。结果表明,现阶段我国国家级的裁判员培训和考核已经比较完善,工作基本做到了系统化和制度化。但是在国家级以下裁判员的培养、考核方面,各个地区还发展不均衡,总体趋势是东部地区和体育院系好于西部内陆地区。就国家级以下裁判员的培养、考核来说,全国尚未形成一个规范而完备的体系,各地考核内容、方式、要求差异较大。By means of literature review, logics, interviews with experts, questionnaires and mathematical statistics, the authors of this paper have analyzed current training and testing status of graded judges of swimming in China. The results indicate that the cur- rent system of the training and testing for the national-level graded judges of swimming is relatively perfect with systematic regulations, but the training and testing situation of judges below the national level is not well-developed or balanced in different districts. The situation in eastern areas and within colleges of physical education is better than that in western areas. As far as the training and testing of judges below the national level is concerned,a standardized and perfect system for the training and testing is still not formed over the country and there is a great discrepancy in the contents,methods and requirements of the test between different areas.
